When I founded Cilean Ops, I wasn’t just launching a consultancy—I was answering a call to reimagine what lean systems and automation could truly achieve. I’ve always believed that transformation shouldn’t be slow, complicated, or reserved for the few with massive budgets. It should be accessible, agile, and immediate.
From my earliest experiences in operations and systems design, I saw a recurring pattern: organizations were drowning in inefficiencies, not because they lacked talent or vision, but because they were stuck with outdated models, rigid processes and expensive redundant softwares. I knew there had to be a better way - a smarter, faster, more human way to deliver results and save money for organizations.
That’s why Cilean Ops exists. We don’t just consult - we co-create. Every project is a partnership, every solution is tailored, and every outcome is measured in real impact. I lead every engagement personally and thrive on the challenge of turning complexity into clarity and helping clients see what’s possible when lean thinking meets cutting-edge automation.
Our work is grounded in collaboration, speed, and precision. We don’t just talk about ROI—we deliver it, often in days. And we don’t just solve today’s problems—we build systems that scale for tomorrow.
Cilean Ops is more than a firm. It’s a reflection of my belief that when you empower people and organizations with the right tools and mindset, transformation becomes inevitable.
